We specialise exclusively in new‑build properties and represent leading European developers. Our marketing investment and digital platforms deliver pre‑qualified international clients and booked meetings to our agents.
Manage qualified international buyers from first contact through to closing.
Conduct online and in‑person property viewings across the Costa del Sol.
Maintain structured follow‑up and keep CRM records up to date.
Commission structure: 32.5% up to 65%, increasing with performance.




~ Pre‑qualified leads and booked client meetings provided.
~ Full in‑house support (marketing, CRM, admin, legal).
~ Structured onboarding and continuous product training.
~ Established brand with 8+ years of market presence on the Costa del Sol.

Solid, working knowledge of the local areas.
Fluent at professional level in English plus at least one additional European language (e.g., French, Dutch, Norwegian, Hungarian, Danish, or other).
Registered as autónomo or ready to set up as self‑employed for a collaboration.
Owns a car and holds a valid driving licence.
