Identify opportunities to improve collaboration, information continuity, operational efficiency, and partner experience.
Drive alignment across engineering, UX, architecture, and business functions to deliver a cohesive platform experience.




Champion connected information flows across project phases while balancing customer, business, and technical priorities.
Partner with Enterprise Architecture to evolve integration strategies, interoperability, and common information models.
Champion high‑quality data, reusable capabilities, and consistent metadata in collaboration with data governance teams.
Influence platform decisions that reduce duplicate data, improve traceability, and simplify end‑to‑end workflows.
Build alignment across integral business units and manage competing stakeholder priorities.
