Job Description We are seeking a Partnerships & Alliances Manager to lead strategic partner relationships, oversee operational programs, and expand our partner ecosystem. This role will focus on managing existing and new Partnerships, driving and expanding the Revenue Recovery Program, and working cross-functionally to maximize partner engagement and business growth.
The adecuado candidate will have a strong background in account management, strategic partnerships, online brand protection & IP, and operational oversight.




Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, including onboarding, ongoing support, and performance tracking, ensuring they are engaged and maximizing the value of our collaboration.
Business Development (20%)
Negotiate and structure commercial agreements, ensuring they align with company objectives.
Act as the primary contact for our legal partner, ensuring smooth execution and communication.
Support new client acquisition for the Revenue Recovery Program by collaborating with Customer Success and Sales teams.
Strategic & Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess performance data, identify trends, and drive data-driven decisions.
Understanding of compliance, evidence management, and operational processes.
Experience with Salesforce (SFDC), CPQ, Salesloft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn.
Strong knowledge of Red Points' product offerings and technology, with the ability to convey value propositions to partners.
