What You'll Do This is more than recruitment. Source and engage top talent across Software Engineering, Data, Cloud, Product and AI disciplines
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, delivering an exceptional candidate experience
Drive continuous improvement across recruitment processes, tools and ways of working
Collaborate with a supportive general Talent Acquisition team
Experience in technology recruitment, ideally within the Polish market
Curiosity about AI and how it is shaping recruitment and hiring




Fluency in English
