Your Responsibilities

- Provide outstanding technical and sales support to Spanish-speaking customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist clients in understanding product features and capabilities to drive sales.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical solutions, and sales activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales processes and customer experience.




- Engage in continuous training to stay updated on product developments and sales strategies.

- Fluent Spanish speaking and writing skills are essential.
- Strong technical aptitude combined with sales skills.
- Experience in technical support and/or tech sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to work and relocate to Greece.
- Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth in technology and sales.
