THE ROLE Senior Category Manager, Men’s EU We are seeking a data‑driven, product‑obsessed all‑rounder to support merchandising strategy across selected menswear categories in the UK & EU. This role reports to the Head of Merchandising, Men’s UK and is critical to scaling Quince’s value proposition by delivering a compelling regional assortment, optimizing the customer experience and partnering across functions to bring high‑quality products to market.




Support end‑to‑end merchandising for selected menswear categories in the UK & EU, including assortment execution, launches and performance tracking.
Execute regional merchandising strategy with US product merchandising and international peers.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with product, regional merchandising, planning, marketing, technical design and sourcing to deliver successful launches, balancing inventory, go‑to‑market execution and product quality.
Analyse trading performance (sales, returns, margin) and drive actions to improve results.
Own product catalogue management and administration, including product setup, data accuracy and system maintenance.
Build site merchandising strategy, including PDP improvements roadmap and customer journey optimisations.
Monitor ratings, reviews and returns to identify and support product quality improvements.
