Oversee end-to-end technical onboarding for high-value merchants, ensuring tailored integration aligned with business objectives.
Ensure every merchant goes live smoothly by streamlining implementation processes and eliminating bottlenecks.
Collaborate with commercial stakeholders to execute strategies that maximize merchant success and revenue potential.
Act as the central point of coordination between support and commercial teams, ensuring unified execution of merchant strategies.
Monitor VIP merchant performance to identify opportunities for increased transaction volume and conversion.
Track and manage team KPIs, ensuring alignment with company priorities and performance targets.
Strong understanding of business and commercial processes,



with the ability to align technical support efforts with broader business objectives.
Proficiency with ticketing systems and CRM tools like Jira, Freshdesk, and Salesforce.
In-depth knowledge of technology and industry trends, with hands-on experience in API integrations, data analysis, and the use of technical tools such as Postman and SQL.
Bachelor’s degree in systems administration, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Advanced certifications in technology or project management are highly desirable.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Fintech industry, with a strong background in technical support, account management, or a related field.
Extensive experience working closely with commercial teams to drive customer satisfaction and business growth.
