Lead day-to-day client relationships, building trusted partnerships with senior stakeholders and proactively managing expectations across all active workstreams.
Be accountable for the financial health of the account, including gross profit, margin management, accurate forecasting, timely MI reporting to the Group Account Director, and resolution of late payments.
Run the weekly account and project management WIP, overseeing project run rates, job ownership, and client satisfaction across the studio.
Line manage a team of 5 people, supporting day‑to‑day performance, professional development, and wellbeing.




Challenge and inspire the team to produce the strongest possible creative and strategic output, raising quality across all deliverables.
Negotiate with the client on the team's behalf, finding outcomes that protect both output quality and team capacity.
Maintain a thorough understanding of OLIVER's full service and product offering, and apply that knowledge to benefit the client and the account.
Experience integrating with a client-side team while maintaining a high standard of agency service. The ability to influence and advise senior client stakeholders with confidence and credibility.
Commercial and Financial Acumen
Experience managing account-level budgets, including cost forecasting, gross profit reporting, and margin management. A track record of delivering commercial growth across existing and new business. Confidence presenting financial performance to senior internal and client stakeholders.
