Strategic Planning & Execution: Take full responsibility for leading proposals and projects from conception to implementation, ensuring all milestones and objectives are met through clear planning and regular monitoring. Support strategic business projects by providing valuable insights and analysis, contributing to understanding business objectives and contexts.
Team Leadership: Skilled in leading and motivating mid-sized teams to achieve goals and foster a productive environment. Demonstrates the ability to support and execute innovative ideas effectively. Coordinates cross-functional teams effectively, ensuring clear communication and collaboration to achieve project success.




Actively pursues continuous development in emerging areas to offer cutting‑edge solutions, complemented by a comprehensive understanding of general business dynamics for strategic planning and competitive positioning.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; Master's degree highly valuable.
~7+ years of experience in strategy, consulting, or a related field.
~ Extensive experience in operational models and change management projects, with a strong ability to assess, implement, and optimize strategies for organizational transformation.
~ Ability to lead and motivate teams, manage projects effectively, and work independently.
