In this role, you will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, controls,



and performance monitoring across DayOne's active developments and future project pipeline.Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of new data center projects from early-stage development through construction, commissioning, and operational readiness. You will help drive schedule excellence, identify risks and opportunities, and support informed decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities* Develop and maintain Level 1–3 project schedules across all project development stages.* Align project delivery strategies with Procurement, Design & Engineering, Construction, Testing & Commissioning (T&C;), and Operations teams.* Support and guide Project Management Consultants (PMCs) in developing and maintaining Level 3 coordinated project schedules with key milestones to support planning activities across Design, Procurement, and other project functions.* Review and conduct schedule quality assessments ("h
