Job Summary The Sr. Field Application Engineer (FAE) will be part of a growing, dynamic, highly-focused team responsible for developing new or existing opportunities in the integral IT market. They will be required to work with customers from ground to executive-level, manage projects hand in hand with internal and external teams, and help grow the business whenever possible. Customer and solution focus, are two key factors for this position,



as well as business continuity and support. The candidate must work with multiple departments to ensure new projects and existing projects are initiated or maintained towards customer requirements.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Support Enterprise AI / HPC, accelerated computing, and complex infrastructure opportunities across the region.
Assist with end-to-end solution design, including compute, GPU platforms, storage, networking, rack-level architecture, power, cooling, and data center integration requirements.
Support technical sizing, BoM validation, configuration reviews, and solution documentation for strategic customer opportunities.
Participate in customer-facing technical meetings, workshops, design reviews, and clarification sessions with enterprise accounts, partners, and internal stakeholders.
