We are looking for a commercially driven and hands‑on Business Area Manager to lead and grow our Process Analytics business across international markets through a network of partners and distributors. The Process Analytics business provides advanced measurement solutions that help customers improve product quality, operational safety, efficiency, and sustainability. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role combines strategic leadership, business development, channel management, people leadership, and full P&L; accountability. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable growth across the Middle East, Africa, LATAM and selected European markets, while strengthening partner relationships, expanding market presence,



and ensuring the achievement of commercial and financial objectives.
Business Leadership & Strategy
Define and execute the strategic business plan for the Process Analytics business.
Drive sales growth, profitability, and market share across assigned regions.
Support the implementation of global business initiatives and commercial programs.
Collaborate with other business divisions to maximize customer value and business performance.
Commercial & Channel Management
Develop and execute partner business plans to accelerate growth.
Drive a consultative, value‑based sales approach across the organization.
Monitor pipeline development, opportunity management, and commercial execution.
Evaluate channel performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement improvement actions.
Promote cross‑selling opportunities across the business where appropriate.
