your primary focus will be on expanding and nurturing existing customer relationships within Boomi’s high-volume commercial segment. This is a strategic, relationship-focused role where your ability to build trust and deliver value will directly drive customer success and retention.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, guiding customers on how Boomi can further support their business goals.
Engage cross‑functional teams, including customer success, solutions consulting, and marketing to deliver outstanding customer outcomes.
Analyze account performance and market trends to proactively address customer needs and risks.
Accurately forecast renewals and expansion revenue while tracking key performance metrics.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Experience in relationship‑based account management or sales experience, ideally within SaaS, cloud, or integration solutions.
Strong Dutch, native level and English communication skills (additional European languages are a plus).
