Code Quality and Standards: Champion code quality and maintainability, driving the adoption of coding standards, automated testing, and code review practices.
Technical Decision‐Making: Make informed technical decisions, balancing short‐term needs with long‐term strategic goals.
Performance Optimization: Analyze system performance and identify bottlenecks, implementing optimizations to improve system efficiency and responsiveness.
Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, cloud‐native architectures, and infrastructure as code.
Solid grasp of design patterns,



software development methodologies, and best practices.
Performance Optimization: Experience in profiling, benchmarking, and optimizing application performance.
Understanding of security principles and best practices, including threat modeling, vulnerability assessment, and secure coding techniques.
Educational Background: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Industry Experience: Significant experience in software development and architecture.
Passion for Technology: Strong passion for technology (Java/Kotlin, Spring Ecosystem, AWS, Gitlab, Microservices, Kafka, Vue.js) and a drive to stay up‐to‐date with the latest trends.
Strong Work Ethic: Dedication to delivering high‐quality work and meeting deadlines.
Fluency in English (minimum B2 level) is a must.
