We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Manager to be the engine behind our EMEA marketing organization. This role owns the systems, processes, data, and governance that enable marketing teams to scale efficiently, make smarter decisions, and drive measurable impact. You’ll sit at the intersection of marketing, digital marketing, analytics, and technology, turning strategy into execution.
Own and optimize the marketing operations platform (DAM APRIMO, Asana, SharePoint)
Design, document, and improve marketing processes to increase efficiency and consistency
Lead marketing operations data management, reporting, and dashboarding to support decision‑making
Partner with Digital Marketing, EDUCARE and IT Commercial to ensure alignment on lead management, routing, and lifecycle definitions
Define and track KPIs, OKRs, and performance metrics across for marketing operations activities
Oversee budget tracking, forecasting, and ROI analysis for marketing operations projects
Ensure compliance with data privacy, consent management, and internal governance standards





Train and enable divisional marketing operations teams on tools, processes, and best practices
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field (MBA a plus)
~8+ years of experience in marketing positions, revenue operations, or a related role
~ Hands‑on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua)
~ Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
~ Proven experience managing cross‑functional stakeholders and complex projects
~ Familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Understanding of B2B demand generation and lifecycle marketing
Experience supporting integral or multi‑business marketing teams
Marketing teams operate faster, smarter, and with greater clarity
Leadership has clear, trusted insights into marketing operations performance and ROI
Strong alignment between marketing and sales
