Job Overview: We are looking for a Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap for our Cards portfolio. This position forms part of an agile development team, building and working on enterprise-grade software systems. The Product Manager will serve as a subject matter expert, acting as a central point of reference for both the team and other stakeholders within the organisation.
Partner with Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams to ensure products meet card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard), PCI-DSS,



and relevant financial regulation (e.g. Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data teams to translate customer problems into shipped, measurable product improvements.
Own the customer experience for card servicing, including freezing/unfreezing cards, replacement, PIN management, and in-app card controls. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to this effect.
Accountable for the on-time and quality delivery of assigned projects
Conduct team appraisals, identifying training needs, motivating and performance managing the team in collaboration with the Team Lead
5+ years of product management experience, ideally within a digital bank, fintech, card issuer, or payments company.
~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is a plus, not a requirement
