The Customer Success Engineer (CSE) ensures customers achieve maximum value from customer’s Privileged Access Security (PAS) platform. Acting as a trusted technical advisor, the CSE combines deep technical expertise with strong customer engagement to drive adoption, optimize deployments,
This role partners closely with Customer Success Managers, Support, Engineering, and Product to deliver proactive guidance, resolve complex technical challenges, and align PAS capabilities with customer business goals.
Provide deep technical and application expertise to support post-sales adoption and ongoing optimization.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.




~5+ years of experience as a technical subject matter expert in a customer-facing role (TAM, Solutions Engineer, Support, Consultant, etc.).
~ Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and executive-level audiences.
~ Experience teaching, coaching, or consulting on technical solutions.
~ Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
~ Experience with Microsoft Windows and Linux OS.
~ Familiarity with Linux command line.

Knowledge of LDAP, Group Policy, Microsoft Active Directory, and domain integration design.
Experience with password managers, vaults, and/or credential management solutions.
Exposure to virtualization technologies such as VMware or Citrix.
Working knowledge of TCP/IP, SSL, and related network protocols.
Cloud platform exposure (Azure, AWS, GCP).
