We are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/f/d) with extensive experience in SAP DMS and PLM for the general Giesecke+Devrient Group. This position offers the opportunity to join the Regional Center Spain and collaborate with an international team of SAP process and application experts. You will play a key role in expanding our SAP team, strengthening relationships with business users, supporting daily operations,



and delivering innovative solutions in document management and product lifecycle. In addition to handling user requests, you will participate in SAP projects and rollouts on a global scale. Provide technical consultancy in the fields of Document Management System (DMS) and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) solutions in SAP
Configure, customise and troubleshoot PLM add‑on solutions for document lifecycle management and content server integration
Design and optimise SAP DMS workflows, approval processes, digital signature integration, and document search/indexing functionality
Perform daily system monitoring (SM13, SM58) and proactively resolve update terminations, iDoc errors, and interface issues
Implement IT work packages in projects and provide technical concepts and documentation
Develop, customise and provide 3rd level support for PLM, SAP DMS, Material Master, and file conver
