What is The Role As a Solution Architect (pre‑sales) at Elastic, you help customers and partners design, implement, and optimize solutions using the Elastic Stack. Working closely with our Inside Sales team you act as a technical expert, guiding them through architecture decisions, deployment strategies, and best practices.
Assist with deployment planning and configuration.
Provide guidance on scaling, performance tuning, and security.
Solid understanding of distributed systems and data indexing/search.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Fluent in English.
Experience with the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Kibana, Beats, Logstash) or similar technologies.
Knowledge of scripting or programming (Python, Java, etc.).
Understanding of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
