Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations that drive commercial excellence and business growth.TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES• Define and evolve the BI strategy and roadmap.• Lead KPI governance and performance reviews.• Drive Sales Force Effectiveness, targeting and territory optimization.• Lead forecasting processes with Finance and Business leaders.• Manage CRM analytics and adoption.• Conduct market research and analysis to support informed business decision-making.• Support launches and portfolio performance tracking.• Work collaboratively with the Marketing team and other key cross-functional areas to ensure a strategy fully aligned with business objectives.• Assess new opportunities and drive Business Case (BC) execution.REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE• Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Engineering, Life Sciences or related field.• Postgraduate qualifications in Analytics, Marketing or Data Sci
