An innovative international technology company is looking for an Inventory & Warehouse Control Specialist to strengthen its Supply Chain team.

About the Role

This position is responsible for ensuring the traceability, accuracy, and availability of inventory across multiple third-party logistics providers and supplier warehouses.

You'll manage technical consumables and operational assets while working closely with Procurement, Operations, and Warehouse teams to support business continuity.

Responsibilities- Manage inventory traceability across 3PLs and supplier warehouses.- Control technical consumables including prepregs, honeycomb, Kapton, adhesives, VDA, and other production Maintain visibility of company assets such as molds, fixtures,



and tooling.- Perform inventory reconciliation and resolve stock discrepancies.- Support operational planning by ensuring material availability.- Monitor inventory KPIs and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications- Experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain.- Experience working with 3PL providers.- Knowledge of ERP or Warehouse Management Systems.- Strong analytical and organizational skills.- Professional proficiency in English.

Salary: €32,000–€35,000 gross per year
