This is a senior, hands-on individual contributor role forsomeone who thrives embedded with business teams - not behind a backlog.
You will sit with teams across Operations, Creative, Support, and beyond,



shadow how they actually work, spot where AI can genuinely give them their time back, and then build the solution yourself: end to end, from discovery to production. Own the full lifecycle - discovery, prototyping, production deployment, adoption. 6+ years of software engineering , with hands-on production experience shipping AI systems - LLM frameworks like LangGraph or LlamaIndex, agentic workflows, or similar - not just prototypes or research.
~ A track record of owning something end-to-end without a team behind you: you've been the discovery, the build, and the rollout on at least one project.
