Bachelor's degree and professional license (cédula profesional)
3+ years of professional experience in backend or server-side development.
~ Proven track record delivering large-scale projects in Go, Java, C++, Rust , or similar languages.
~ Very strong understanding of backend fundamentals including SQL databases, networking, and security
~ Comfortable with frontend technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) and at least one modern framework such as React, Angular , or Svelte .
~ Proficiency in rigorous software development practices including version control,



code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging
~ Excellent communication skills and demonstrated ability to lead technical initiatives from concept to production
~ Advanced English.

Experience in manufacturing, industrial tech, or enterprise systems
Deliver high-quality, maintainable code that addresses real-world manufacturing challenges
Lead end-to-end projects from requirements gathering and architectural design through implementation, testing, and production deployment
Mentor engineers and uphold general standards of excellence in software craftsmanship
Prioritize robust, production-critical systems with strong validation, monitoring, and support mechanisms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain
