What You Will Be Responsible For Creative Vision You define and shape the creative vision and design direction for the Light Woven category across Womens, ensuring a strong balance between brand identity, trend relevance, and commercial success.
Trend Research You continuously research market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes for both men's segments and translate them into relevant, innovative design concepts.
Collection Development You develop seasonal collections for Womenswear from the first idea to the final product, including sketches, fabric and trim selection, colour palettes, and detailed technical packages.
Fit & Quality You ensure optimal fit, silhouette, and garment construction for the respective target customers and provide clear, structured feedback during sample and fit reviews
