This medior level position combines operational depth with innovation leadership, driving the full lifecycle of digital initiatives from concept and pilot to rollout and optimization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Innovation
Co‑own and evolve the digital innovation roadmap for F&B;, aligning with business goals and customer expectations.




Lead cross‑functional teams through the full lifecycle of digital projects, including ideation, prototyping, testing, and scaling.
Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, balancing innovation with operational feasibility.
Collaborate with Concept Development, IT, Cost Control, and Operations to deploy digital platforms that meet business and guest needs.
Manage and own the content of digital platforms, including adaptation and collaboration with local teams.
Manage detailed planning, budgeting, and risk mitigation for each implementation phase.
Onboarding of local operations with new digital in‑sore customer facing tools
Training & Enablement
Design and deliver hands‑on training programs for operations teams, ensuring high adoption and proficiency.
