Drive platform evolution by identifying, evaluating, and deploying new Microsoft 365 and AI‑augmented capabilities, processes,



and solutions aligned with business requirements
Lead design and implementation of Microsoft 365 capabilities, as well as security, governance and compliance controls, translating internal risk policies into technical measures and operating procedures
Monitor and respond to fast-paced developments in the Digital Workplace space, maintaining active engagement with vendors and internal stakeholders
Hands‑on implementation with Microsoft 365, Azure workloads and modern scripting and development platforms
Leverage data platforms such as MS Power Platform and Palantir Foundry to drive data‑informed workplace decisions and visualisations
Continuously upskill, improve controls and procedures, and actively share knowledge across teams to foster a culture of learning and innovation
