Software Engineers in the Engineering team work hand‑in‑hand with the Product team, from exploration, design, and roadmap prioritization to implementation, and deployment in production. What you will do As a Growth Software Engineer, you will be the driving force behind scaling Joko's user and business growth through code. You will operate at the intersection of product and engineering to move the business forward at speed, within a dedicated cross‑functional task force bringing together key members from Marketing, Data, Business, and Product.
AB testing & data‑driven development: You will build and run AB tests at scale, instrument features for measurement, and partner closely with the Data team to make every decision evidence‑based.
Depending on priorities, you may also play a role in Joko's expansion into new markets, adapting the product to local contexts and helping our infrastructure scale across geographies.
