We’re a remote-first, fast-growing SaaS company helping brands turn static content into digital discovery experiences that drive results. As we continue to grow in key European markets, including Spain, we’re seeking a Spanish-speaking Sales Director to own and drive revenue across this region.
You have 8+ years of experience in B2B sales , with a strong track record in SaaS and consultative selling.
You are very senior in the Spanish retail and e-commerce landscape — you understand market dynamics, key players, buying cycles, and what drives value for retailers and brands in Spain.
You speak and write fluent Spanish — this is non-negotiable.
You’re comfortable working fully remote and async, using tools like HubSpot, Slack, Zoom, and modern sales enablement stacks.
Have never worked remotely and think async means “lonely”
As a Sales Director at Publitas, you will own revenue growth in Spain, focusing on new business and market expansion. Own the Spanish market : build and execute a high-impact go-to-market strategy for retail and e-commerce customers across Spain.




Drive new ARR : manage the full sales cycle — prospecting, discovery, demos, negotiation, and close — with a strong focus on value-based selling.
Build a healthy pipeline : consistently generate and develop qualified opportunities in close collaboration with Marketing.
Be the retail/e-commerce expert in Spain : bring sharp market insights, competitive intelligence, and customer feedback to shape our positioning and approach.
Forecast accurately and communicate clearly on performance, risks, and opportunities.
Represent Publitas externally : at key Spanish retail events, customer meetings, and industry moments where it matters.
Retail/e-commerce insider: You know the Spanish market deeply and can speak the customer’s language — commercially and culturally.
Clear, persuasive, and strong in Spanish and English with senior stakeholders.
