- - Handling inbound calls from tourists and agencies with a solution-oriented mindset
- Assisting with hotel reservations and service-related queries
- Confirming transfer schedules
- Supporting customers with incidents (lost items, changes, special requests, etc.)
- Managing emergencies with professionalism and empathy
- Providing accurate and helpful information

Requirements
- - Minimum experience of one year in a similar position.
- Customer service oriented.
- Fluent English and Spanish, writing and speaking.
- Intermediate level of German. Other languages will be valued.
