Lead strategic projects from concept to realization that shape HRS’s future
Manage organizational performance, design, efficiency, transformation, and restructuring topics
At least 3 years in top-tier strategy consultancy or leading SaaS company
Experience in restructuring and organizational performance improvement
Results-oriented, able to handle multiple projects and international teams
Fluent in English; German a plus
