Define the winning commercial strategy for each opportunity, including risk assessment.
Coordinate multifunctional teams (Operations, Purchasing, Legal, Finance) to develop comprehensive commercial and technical proposals.
Define the winning pricing strategy while maximizing project profitability.
Present proposals to management and obtain approvals to release bids.
Draft and negotiate commercial and technical terms until contract award.
Ensure proposal deadlines are met and hand over to the execution team after contract signing.
Master's degree in Business Administration or engineering.
~5?year track record managing project proposals or leading business development, preferably within the Marine Survey industry.
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
~ Fluent English (required); Spanish desired; French a plus.
~ Thorough understanding of Marine Survey operations (equipment, vessel, offshore personnel, data processing, and reporting).
~ Strong contract?management expertise (terms and conditions).
