Job Responsibilities

Within the finance department, he reports to the administrative and financial director. Above all, he is in functional contact with the shared services center (general accounting and suppliers) based abroad and all of the company's service managers.Outside, he is in contact with the administration, the CACs and the internal auditors.

- Prepare the reports of the social accounts, in particular the tax package
- Manage accounting, tax and legal obligations (including management of tax credits)
- Develop and calculate corporate tax
- Participate in the month-end closing and reporting process (SAP/HFM)
- Check the accuracy of the accounts (in French and US GAAP standards)
- Review account reconciliations (US standards)
- Participate in Finance projects related to regulatory changes
- Control the application of local and group policies: SOX, FCPA including RCM
- Communicate with auditors and administration
- Contribute,



through their behavior and activities, to the general smooth running of the service and the company.
