SharkNinja is seeking a Director of eCommerce (ES/IT/PT) to lead DTC trading and growth in Italy, Spain and Portugal. You will own the P&L;, manage local teams, and collaborate with general centers of excellence to drive regional expansion.
Reporting to the VP Digital Experience and eCommerce, you will set strategy, align forecasts, optimize pricing and promotions, and improve gross margin and online performance across product categories and marketplaces.
