ABOUT THIS ROLE We are looking for an experienced Director of Operations to lead and evolve a geographically dispersed team responsible for managing the operations of a 1,000-partner strong network. The idóneo candidate will have experience leading large-scale, global operations teams and driving improvements in process efficiency, team structure, and performance standards.
Strategic Leadership & Team Development – Set clear goals and priorities to enhance team efficiency and performance.
Identify skill gaps and implement structured training programs.




Establish consistent processes across all regions to improve operations and workload management.
Implement standardized operational processes across diverse time zones and cultural contexts.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team effectiveness.
Implement data-driven decision-making processes to continuously improve operational performance.
Ability to travel periodically to global team locations.
