We are seeking an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Lead Engineer to oversee the design, development, and commissioning of electrical systems and instrumentation for a state-of-the-art electric car battery component factory. The role includes managing scope, budget, and quality for assigned technology packages while ensuring seamless integration into overall project goals.
Lead the engineering team in designing, testing, and commissioning electrical and instrumentation systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution.
Master’s degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or related field.
~7+ years in E&I; engineering, preferably in automotive or battery manufacturing.
~ Expertise in electrical circuits, PLCs, SCADA systems, and instrumentation devices.
~ Strong leadership and project management skills.
~ Fluent in Spanish and English.

Remote work possible with site visits as needed.
