Spanish fluency is required as part of this role.
~4+ years of experience as a Backend Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or a similar role.
~ Strong proficiency in Java and/or Kotlin for backend development.
~ Hands-on experience with Spring Boot and microservices architectures.
~ Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines , and version control tools such as Git .
~ Familiarity with cloud environments, ideally Microsoft Azure (AWS or GCP experience is also valued).
~ Proven experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed systems.
~ Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, ARM/Bicep, or similar.




~ Knowledge of monitoring and logging solutions such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK, Datadog, New Relic, or Azure Monitor .
~ Advanced proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken).
~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams.
~ Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot .
~ Build and maintain secure, performant, and scalable RESTful APIs .
~ Design, optimize, and maintain cloud-native solutions, ensuring high availability, resilience, and cost efficiency.
~ Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines to enable reliable and efficient software delivery.
~ Work extensively with Docker and Kubernetes to deploy and manage containerized applications.
~ Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code and contribute to DevSecOps best practices.
