We are a Spain-based space engineering company working across satellite communications systems and software, with customers throughout the European Union. You will be the person who ensure and knows, at any given moment, whether the design still closes — in mass, power, propellant, pointing, thermal, data and reliability — and what has to change when it does not.
Own the platform technical budgets through the full lifecycle, and the margin philosophy behind them
Control the platform-to-payload and platform-to-launcher interfaces
Drive design for serial production — a bus that works once but cannot be built two hundred times is not a design we can use
Define the model philosophy and verification approach, and support the test campaigns
an MSc in aerospace,



mechanical or electrical engineering;
~5–8+ years in platform or satellite system engineering;
~ real ownership of technical budgets;
~ Small satellite, LEO or serial production experience is a strong plus, as is electric propulsion.

Small senior team, early-phase programme, genuine technical ownership.
Our projects are agile and innovative and require a combination of solid technical knowledge and skills, personal initiative and teamwork. The position is permanent and full-time. Working language is English. Spanish is very much welcome but not a strict must.
