PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Integral Project Manager will lead the end‑to‑end deployment of Smart Store technology solutions across retail stores worldwide. The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and a deep understanding of retail operations within a complex, fast‑paced environment.
Leads and coordinate the rollout of digital and in‑store technology across global locations (current focus for the role: clienteling / smart lockers)
Manages project timelines, budgets,



and resources to ensure on‑time and high‑quality delivery
Collaborates with regional teams, store operations, IT, digital and vendors to ensure seamless deployment
Develops / maintains standardized deployment methodologies, documentation and playbooks
Partners with vendor, IT, digital, regional teams and operations to define release plans and ensure successful feature delivery
Tracks product performance (using / developing dashboards), adoption and ROI to support data‑driven decision‑making.
Acts as the primary point of contact for global and regional stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
Facilitates cross‑functional steering meetings, status updates, and project governance forums
Risk, Compliance & Quality Assurance
Identifies and mitigates risks across deployment activities, escalating issues proactively
Ensures technology solutions meet all compliance, data privacy and operational requirements in every market
