Achieve regional sales plan through leadership, coaching, and strategic account planning.
Define and monitor regional KPIs (sales growth, market share, tender performance, profitability).
Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge, understanding related clinical data, competitive product knowledge, & overall industry trends.
Applies strategic and commercial acumen to optimize regional performance and drive growth initiatives, to guide team decisions
Effective partner with Cordis leadership, cross-functional teams, & field-based counterparts (Regional Directors, Associate Territory Managers, CET Team, Marketing Product Managers, Key Account Directors, Sr. Coordinate with Marketing, Market Access, and Supply Chain to ensure tender readiness, inventory optimization, and efficient execution across the region.
