About The Role Global Category Manager in Digital Procurement, you will own end-to-end category strategy for Software, IT Services, and Strategic Hardware across all Sanofi entities worldwide. Design and execute competitive category strategies grounded in market intelligence, risk assessment, and long-range business planning
Build and maintain a sub-category roadmap with a project and savings pipeline aligned to budget cycles




Engage senior leaders across Global Business Units and Support Functions to ensure procurement strategies are business-aligned
Partner with Country Procurement Heads to translate global strategies at the local level
Share market trends, benchmarks, and budget assumptions with key stakeholders
Coach and develop Global Lead Buyers and Domain team members
About You Experience 15+ years in Procurement or a closely related field, with proven expertise in Digital/IT category management (Software, IT Services, Hardware) at general scale.
Strong negotiation skills in complex, global contracts
Solid understanding of business, legal, and operational dimensions (SLAs, KPIs)
Education Minimum Master's degree from an accredited college or university.
Languages Fluent English required;
