Job Overview Due to growth and ongoing delivery success, Turner & Townsend’s Cost Management division in Spain requires a suitably qualified and experienced Senior Cost Manager. Working within a friendly, professional and highly successful team you will have the opportunity to progress your career swiftly and take ownership of immediate projects.
Responsible for pre‑ and post‑contract quantity surveying duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, and final account.




Estimating and cost planning, including producing and presenting the final cost plan.
Tendering and procuring: manage the pre‑qualification stage, produce the tender list, compile preliminaries, analyze tenders, produce tender reports and compile contractual documents.
Relevant work experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Cost Manager, ideally in a consultancy environment.
Sector experience across real‑estate construction projects.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Spanish, with strong report and bid‑writing skills.
