The Role We are seeking a high‑energy,



execution‑focused Sales Team Lead / Sales Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our sales department. You will lead both our Inbound and Outbound teams, ensuring every lead is pursued, every process is followed, and every representative performs at their peak. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, your primary mission is to control execution, turning overarching sales goals into daily wins through rigorous coaching, process implementation, and performance management.
Direct People Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the daily activities of both Inbound and Outbound sales representatives.
Process Implementation: Standardize and enforce sales workflows, scripts, and outreach cadences to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Balance the team’s focus between responding to hot leads (Inbound) and driving proactive growth (Outbound) within the apparel and custom product space.
