As Supply Chain Manager , you will participate in a team effort to create a highly efficient operations process in a customer-driven environment, while leading the local SC team to successfully meet business needs. Coordinate and support execution of supply chain activities for our two manufacturing plants in Barberà del Vallès and Santa Perpètua de Mogoda.
Optimization of the supply chain processes while guaranteeing high standards.
Ensure performance of logistics partners such as transportation, warehousing, contractors, etc.
Manage the shipping, production planning and warehouse teams, ensuring their wellbeing engagement and performance.
Support Site Manager, EMEA Supply Chain Manager or Central Team on projects, budget creation and overall KPI reporting.
Experience: At least 5 years' experience in a similar role where team management, Supply Chain expertise,



Lean Manufacturing and 5S know-how are key to success. We will provide any additional training needed.
Spanish & English professional level spoken and written is a must.
