About the Role We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to support software delivery initiatives for a leading pharmaceutical company’s R&D; platforms and application development programs. This role is focused on driving successful project execution, coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing dependencies, and ensuring on‑time delivery across multiple workstreams. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and Program Managers within a hybrid Agile delivery environment, combining structured governance with Scrum based execution.




Manage project delivery across multiple software development initiatives.
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Coordinate dependencies, risks, timelines, and resource planning across teams.
Track project progress, delivery metrics, and milestones using Jira and Confluence.
3+ years of experience in Technical Project Management, Software Delivery, or a similar role.
~ Strong experience working within Agile environments (Scrum and Kanban).
~ Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
~ Proven track record of delivering software projects from planning through execution.
~ Hands‑on experience with Jira, Confluence, and project reporting tools.
~ Experience in cloud environments (GCP preferred) is a plus.
