As we continue to invest in our commercial organisation, we've brought our Business Development team together to build a collaborative international hub. We're now looking for Business Development Manager to help grow one of our most strategic markets.
New Business
The majority of your time will be dedicated to generating new business. You’ll also work closely with the ANZ General Manager to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within strategic customer accounts, helping expand existing partnerships and uncover new commercial opportunities.




Collaborate closely with the ANZ General Manager and the general Business Development team.
Generate new business through outbound prospecting across multiple industries and customer segments.
Conduct discovery meetings, product demonstrations and commercial negotiations.Maintain an accurate CRM and healthy sales pipeline.
Work with Marketing and Operations to improve customer acquisition.
Support strategic account growth alongside the ANZ General Manager.
Experience selling B2B solutions in a full-cycle sales role.
Comfortable using CRM platforms and modern sales technology.
Hybrid Work Model: Work from our Sydney/Melbourne/Brisbane hub or your home office - we prioritise outcomes over "desk time."
Occasional "remote weeks" allowing you to work from different locations across ANZ or globally.
