Key Responsibilities Renewal Management
Negotiate contract terms and pricing for mutually beneficial agreement.
Data Analysis
Use reporting tools to track renewal performance, maintain accurate & timely forecast, and identify at‑risk accounts.
Report regularly to management on renewal status and key metrics.
Develop strong cross‑functional relationships with sales,



customer success, and other internal teams for a cohesive renewal approach.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
~ Experience in database, cloud, or infrastructure technology is a plus.
~ Fluent in Italian and French is a plus.
