Senior Ecommerce & Performance Marketing Product Owner

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to lead the development and execution of our Ecommerce roadmap and MarTech capabilities for performance marketing. This role will work closely with the Ecommerce business team and technology teams to deliver data‐driven solutions that enhance customer experience and optimize paid media performance.
The adecuado candidate will have a strong understanding of Ecommerce platforms that drive subscription services, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), and performance marketing technologies, with a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and a background in the payment industry.




Define and own the Ecommerce product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs.
Collaborate with the Ecommerce business team to prioritize features and enhancements for the mail and supplies eShop.
analytics, personalization, multi‐variant testing, offer/promotions management.
Drive the implementation of Customer Data Platform (CDP) capabilities to create a unified customer profile.
Implement strategies for paid media optimization, leveraging first‐party data enriched from the CDP.
Apply attribution models and measure ROI on paid media spend using enriched first‐party data.
Ensure compliance with privacy regulations and data governance standards across all marketing technologies.
Act as the primary liaison between marketing, Ecommerce, and technology teams.
Provide guidance on best practices for performance marketing technology, including segmentation, targeting, and campaign automation.
