The IT Director is responsible for defining, leading, and executing the technology strategy of MT Group with a strong focus on digital transformation and cybersecurity. Define and execute the IT and digital transformation strategy aligned with business objectives
Lead and develop a mid-sized IT function, combining internal resources and external providers
Manage the IT budget, prioritizing high-impact investments
Define and monitor KPIs related to performance, security, and service quality (SLAs)
Design and execute the digital transformation roadmap (ERP, B2B, B2C, CRM, BI, automation, system integration)
Define and enforce cybersecurity policies, access management, backup, and disaster recovery plans
Evaluate, select, and manage technology vendors, cloud services, and security solutions
University degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.



A master’s degree in Information Systems Management, Cybersecurity, or an MBA is a plus
Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in IT roles. At least 3–5 years in leadership positions (IT Manager, Head of IT, IT Director)
Proven experience leading digital transformation projects in mid-sized companies
Hands-on experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and cloud environments
Project management methodologies
