About the role We’re looking for a hands‑on, versatile marketer to support and execute demand generation initiatives in LATAM, with a strong focus on partner marketing and regional campaigns. In a few words: a mid‑level, high‑impact role for a generalist marketer who enjoys executing, testing, and scaling marketing initiatives with direct impact on pipeline and revenue.
Execute end‑to‑end marketing campaigns across LATAM (email, events, paid, and co‑marketing initiatives).
Support and coordinate partner marketing activities, including webinars, events, and joint campaigns.
Plan and execute online and offline events (from logistics to follow‑ups).
Manage and optimize email marketing campaigns (newsletters, invitations, nurturing flows).
Track and report on performance (leads, demos, conversions), ensuring visibility of results.




Work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing teams to align efforts with business goals.
Help create and adapt marketing materials and content for LATAM audiences.
Have experience in B2B marketing, ideally in tech or SaaS.
Are a generalist marketer who enjoys working across campaigns, events, and content.
Have hands‑on experience with events (webinars, field events, partner activations), email marketing/CRM (HubSpot is a plus), and campaign execution (paid, organic, co‑marketing).
Understand how marketing contributes to pipeline and revenue generation.
Thrive in fast‑paced environments and can manage multiple projects at once.
Use data to track performance and optimize campaigns.
Communicate clearly in Spanish and English.
