The Infrastructure Manager leads the planning, delivery, and operation of IT infrastructure services to ensure availability, performance, resilience, and scalability. Oversees on‑premise and cloud infrastructures (Azure, AWS), virtualization platforms, and corporate collaboration systems including SharePoint. Ensures reliable service delivery while operating within approved quality and information security frameworks. This position reports directly to the Digital Environment Director.
Plan, implement, and maintain the organization’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services (Azure, AWS),



and user environments (Windows & macOS), and collaboration platforms (SharePoint).
Manage Azure and AWS cloud infrastructures, including virtual machine deployments, storage accounts, and blob storage administration.
Ensure high availability, performance, business continuity, and disaster recovery capabilities.
Lead and coordinate infrastructure and helpdesk teams, providing technical guidance and operational oversight.
Manage infrastructure operations in alignment with approved security and quality requirements.
Oversee infrastructure‑related change implementation in accordance with change control procedures.
Monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and risks, proposing improvement and modernization initiatives.
Collaborate with Information Security, Quality Assurance, and Digital Environment functions to support compliant system operation.
